3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Phishing, spam, or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Copyright infringement or piracy
  • Adult content or pornography (except on designated adult hosting)
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
  • Resource abuse that affects server performance
  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for renewals

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Planned maintenance and force majeure events are excluded.

7. Data and Backups

  • We perform daily backups of all hosted data
  • Backups are for disaster recovery purposes only
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
  • We are not liable for data loss due to your actions

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Resource abuse affecting other users

9. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting services. To qualify, you must request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Domain registrations, setup fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOFTIORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softiora from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website belong to Softiora. You retain ownership of content you upload to our services.
